Linchpin Product Partners began as a shared idea among longtime colleagues who wanted to pair their business transformation skills with companies that were truly ready to undertake the change needed to operate at their full potential.

That idea has since evolved into what Linchpin is today: a focused network of senior professionals co-founded by MK Karafonda. Under MK’s leadership, Linchpin brings together product, operations, and delivery expertise to help organizations see where their systems are breaking down and build the structure needed to move forward.

Across more than two decades in product and operational leadership, MK repeatedly saw the same pattern: smart teams with strong missions struggling to make the transition from startup to scale. Her background spans roles including VP of Product, Director of Product, and Director of Research Systems. She has guided SaaS companies through high-stakes product and systems transformations. She brings a rare combination of systems thinking, hands-on operational experience, and executive-level judgment to every engagement.
